Level Up - Group 1

A 12-Week Executive Functioning and Emotional Empowerment Group. Does your child/teen struggle to stay organized, manage time, follow through on tasks, or regulate big emotions? Level Up is a group specifically for students who are ready to build essential life skills in a supportive, fun and interactive environment. Through engaging activities, group discussions, and evidence-based strategies, students will develop greater independence, confidence, and the tools they need to LEVEL UP both in and outside the classroom.
