Art Therapy Groups: Art Therapy provides a safe place to explore artistic expression without pressure, judgment or expectation.
No Experience Necessary!!
Focus and Goals for Group:
-Increased sense of self, passion and purpose
-Alternative approach to healthy emotional expression
-Social Skills through a shared creative experience
-Mindfulness practice for stress reduction and emotional resilience
Group 1 – (8-week group)
-Tuesdays, starting March 28th, ending May 16th
-4:00-5:30pm
-Ages 7-9
Group 2 – (8-week group)
-Tuesdays, starting March 28th, ending May 16th
-6:00-7:30pm
-Ages 10-13
