NEW GROUPS
LUTZ AND SOUTH TAMPA LOCATIONS
Social Skills Group
Who – This is a co-ed group for ages 7-10.
When – Group will begin on Wednesday, Feb 1, 2023. Group will run weekly for 10 weeks from 5:30-6:30pm.
Where – This group will be held at our main office in Lutz.
Anxiety and Depression Group
Who – This is a co-ed group for tweens and teens (around the ages of 12-14).
When – Group will begin on Wednesday, Feb 1, 2023. Group will run weekly for 10 weeks from 6:45-7:45pm.
Where – This group will be held at our main office in Lutz.
Girls Social Anxiety, Self Esteem and Body Image Support Group
Who – This is a support group for girls struggling with social anxiety, self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, and overall self-confidence.
When – Group will meet on Sundays for 7 weeks on the following dates: 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 3/12, 3/19, 4/2, and 4/23. Group will run from 11:00-12:00pm
Where – This group will be held at our South Tampa location – 3314 Henderson Blvd. Tampa.
*As part of this group, each week group members will take turns bringing in food to eat and share with the other members. Eating and sharing together will be part of addressing issues around food, social anxiety and more.
