Join us this summer for a fantastic camp line up!  Each camp has been designed for a fun camp experience with a therapeutic twist! Games, Challenges, Teamwork, Self-Reflection and MORE!

CAMPS ARE ORGANIZED BY WEEKS; ALL CAMPS ARE HELD AT OUR MAIN OFFICE IN LUTZ.

June 2nd-6th

Video Game Camp, Level UP!
Who: Gamers ages 10-12
What: Fortnite, Animal Crossing and Among Us are just some of the games we will use to engage campers while also addressing developmental, emotional, and social skills in a fun way.  Games include themes of teamwork, problem solving, emotion management, creativity, self-expression, communication and conflict resolution.
When: 9:00am-12:00pm

Art Splash and Sculpture Creations
Who: Creative campers ages 10-12
What: Incorporating both creative expression and therapeutic benefits, this camp uses paint, drawing, mixed media, splashing, and sculpture to help campers express themselves, build confidence, and develop essential social and emotional skills.  Through hands-on, creative projects, campers will learn how to manage emotions, communicate effectively and collaborate with peers during guided lessons and fun projects.  We end the week with a fantastic art show!
When: 12:30-3:30pm

Young Chef’s Camp: Cooking with Confidence
Who: Chef’s ages 6-8
What: Campes will learn the art of cooking while developing valuable skills in a fun and supportive environment.  This camp combines culinary creativity with therapeutic activities to boost self-esteem, foster teamwork, and promote mindfulness.  Campers will explore fun food creations that they can snack on and take home!
When: 12:30-3:30pm

June 9th-13th

Pokémon Crafts/Quest for Self-Discovery
Who: Campers ages 10-12
What: Pokémon’s themes of friendship, personal growth, and overcoming obstacles make it a great fit for therapeutic activities. Catching, training, creating and battling are all wonderful ways for campers to practice emotional growth, reflect on personal qualities, overcome challenges, build resilience, and problem solve.  This camp blends game play with creative art projects, card battles and Pokémon themed crafts reinforcing teamwork and sportsmanship.
When: 9:00am-12:00pm

A ‘Wicked’ Emotional Intelligence Camp
Who: Pink and Green Campers ages 11-13
What: Elphaba and Glinda themed activities working through self-acceptance, friendship, and overcoming adversity and self-esteem. Hands-on activities will involve role playing and performances, crafts, music and all the pink and green fun!
When: 9:00am-12:00pm

Clay-Play and Canvas Creations
Who: Creative campers ages 8-10
What: An art camp including crafts such as crafting miniatures, keychains, figurines, as well as drawing, coloring and painting creative challenges. Through guided lessons and fun activities designed to enhance and explore self-expression, campers will leave with masterpieces and confidence. We end our week with an Art Show!
When: 12:30-3:30pm

Superhero Empowerment Camp
Who: Superheroes ages 4-6
What: Campers will design their own superheroes, with powers, that reflect their personal strengths used to focus on self-esteem.  Kids will face ‘challenges’ such as solving problems as a team, helping others, and using creativity to overcome obstacles through fun activities, creative challenges, missions, and teamwork. Campers will enhance their bravery, imagination, confidence and social skills.
When: 12:30-3:30pm

June 16th-20th

Inside-Out Camp
Who: Campers ages 10-12
What: Campers will create their own ’emotions headquarters’, focusing on anger management, emotional regulation, courage, self-esteem, emotional awareness, confidence, conflict resolution and feelings expression.  Campers will focus on themes providing tools to manage their emotions, build resilience and navigate daily challenges.
When: 9:00am-12:00pm

Inside-Out Camp
Who: Campers ages 8-10
What: Campers will create their own ’emotions headquarters’, focusing on anger management, emotional regulation, courage, self-esteem, emotional awareness, confidence, conflict resolution and feelings expression.  Campers will focus on themes providing tools to manage their emotions, build resilience and navigate daily challenges.
When: 9:00am-12:00pm

Harry Potter Camp, Hogwarts Heros
Who: Witches and Wizards ages 11-13
What: Spells, potions, and Hogwarts inspired adventures will lead this camp in themes such as courage, friendship, dealing with loss, personal growth, and facing fears.  Kids will be ‘sorted’ into different houses at the beginning of camp with a house sorting ceremony. House bonding group activities will address teamwork, trust and community, working on collaborative problem solving and friendship building challenges.  
When: 12:30-3:30pm

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!
Who: Campers ages 8-10
What: – A week filled with jewelry making, yoga, slime, nail painting, hair braiding, a tea party and more!  Activities will focus on inner beauty, kindness, and friendships.

June 23rd-27th

Disney Magical Moments
Who: Campers ages 4-6
What: Campers will explore emotions and situations through the lens of characters they love, such as overcoming fears with Simba or showing kindness and courage with Moana.  Campers will use storytelling, role playing, and even create their own Disney-inspired adventures.  These crafts and projects will be inspired by the Disney movies and music we all know and love for a magical week of adventure.
When: 9:00am-12:00pm

Friendships and Social Skills
Who: Campers ages 4-6
What: This camp is designed for children to enhance their social and emotional skills in a supportive, fun, and interactive environment.  Through a combination of team-building activities, role-playing exercises, and creative projects, campers will practice making friends, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.  Whether they are shy or outgoing, every camper will practice the skills they need to form healthy connections.

June 23rd-July 2nd

Social Skills Camp
Who: Campers ages 13-15
What: This camp is designed for teens to enhance their social and emotional skills in a supportive, fun, and interactive environment.  Through a combination of team-building activities, role-playing exercises, games and creative projects, campers will practice making friends, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.

July 7th-11th

Through music, writing, creative expression and art, campers will create their own music and videos, write original songs about their feelings, explore lyrics and talk about topics like resilience, friendship and personal boundaries.

Social Anxiety Exposure Group – Explore and Expose Social Anxiety and Museums 
Who: Campers ages 13-15
What: This unique camp is designed to help campers overcome social anxiety and build self-confidence through art and real-world exposure.  This camp includes guided trips to local art museums, providing a safe space for campers to challenge their social fears and express themselves.  Our approach blends the therapeutic benefits of exposure therapy with creative inspiration of art, offering campers the opportunity to practice social skills and develop emotional resilience in a supportive, hands-on setting.

Coping/Calming/Mind-Body Connection
Who: Campers ages 8-10
What: This camp focuses on integrating coping skills, mindfulness, and physical activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Campers will learn strategies for stress management through a blend of mindfulness, relaxation techniques, body movement, and creative activities by strengthening the connection between the mind and body.  Campers will also explore how calming their minds can positively influence their physical and emotional health.

Adventure-A-Day Camp
Who: Campers ages 14-19
What: Welcome to Adventure-A-Day Camp, where every day is a new journey!  This exciting camp is designed for teens who want to improve their social skills, make new friends, and explore fun places around Tampa Bay.  Each day, campers embark on a different adventure, ranging from outdoor activities to local excursions, all while focusing on building social confidence, teamwork, and meaningful connections.  Through hands-on experiences and shared adventures, campers will enhance their skills in communication, problem solving, flexible thinking, and friendship-building.

July 21st-25th

Camp Swifty
Who: Swifty’s ages 10-12
What: Campers will explore themes of empowerment, personal growth, and overcoming challenges. Who: Students ages 13-15
What: A camp that focuses on building academic confidence, study strategies, and emotional resilience.  This camp is about cultivating a growth mindset to assist with practical tools to succeed in school and life.  Through engaging activities, one-on-one support, and group discussions, campers will learn how to set goals, stay organized, manage stress, advocate for themselves and enhance their learning skills in a fun, supportive environment preparing them for the new school year.
