Fall Groups 2019
Monday Groups:
-Social Skills Group, ages 5-7 – Group will begin on September 9th and will last 12 weeks. Group will run from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Registration will close Aug 30th.
-Depression and Anxiety Group for Teens – Group will begin on September 9th and last for 15 weeks. Group will run from 6:00-7:00pm. Registration will close Aug 30th.
Tuesday Groups:
-Life Skills Group for Teens, ages 15+ – Group will begin on September 3th and last for 8 weeks. Group will run from 4:00-5:00pm. Registration will close Aug 26th.
-Social Skills Group, ages 12+ – Group will begin on September 3rd and last for 12 weeks. Group will run from 5:00-6:00pm. Registration will close Aug 26th.
Wednesday Groups:
-Social Skills Group, ages 8-11 – Group will begin on September 4th and last for 12 weeks. Group will run from 4:30-5:30pm. Registration will close Aug 26th.
-Overcoming Test Anxiety and Perfectionism and Gaining Empowerment, Ages 13+ – Group will begin on September 4th and last for 12 weeks. Group will run from 6:00-7:00pm. Registration will close Aug 26th.
Thursday Groups:
-DBT, Teen Group – The first module will begin on Aug 29th and last for 8 weeks. There are 4 modules total, you only need to commit to one module at a time. Group will run from 4:30-6:00pm. Registration will close Aug 22nd. If you have already shown an interest in signing up, please confirm your attendance with one last email to be sure we have everyone.
-DBT, Adult Group – The first module will begin on Aug 29th and last for 8 weeks. There are 4 modules total, you only need to commit to one module at a time. Group will run from 6:30-8:00pm. Registration will close Aug 22nd.
Saturday Groups:
-Processing Grief Group for Adults – Group will begin on September 7th and will last for 12 weeks. Group will meet from 10:00-11:00am.
-Middle School Girls Group – Group will begin on September 7th and last for 12 weeks. Group will meet from 11:30-12:30pm. Registration will close Aug 30th.
Sunday Group:
-Parenting the Difficult and Defiant Child – Group will begin September 8th and last for 12 weeks. Group will meet from 6:00-7:00pm. Registration will close Aug 30th.
Monthly Meet up Groups:
-First Sunday of the month from 12-4 – Teen meet up group – teens will meet and hang out at different places each month. Group is for anyone looking to make friends and socialize, practice social skills and have fun!
-Second Sunday of the month from 12-2 – Girls Process Group, ages 14-17. A variety of topics and skills are addressed in relation to coping, anxiety, depression, and relationships.
-Last Saturday of the month from 12-4 – Young Adult ASD meet up group, ages 18+. Each month young adults who want to connect and make new friendships will head out for a new adventure each month.
