About Chris Romeo, Music Therapist

Chris is a Music Therapist from St. Mary of the Woods College. He was born in New Jersey, but has been living in the Tampa Bay area since 2004 when he began his music education at the University of South Florida. He received his Bachelors and Masters in Music in Vocal Performance, focusing on Opera and Classical Cross-over. He has performed internationally, is an active voice instructor, and performs regularly for the St. Petersburg Opera Company, Klassica, and St. Mary Lady of Grace Church. Chris’ clinical experiences have ranged from working with young children with Autism, adolescents and adults with mental health diagnoses, older adults diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, and other clinical populations.
