*Resolve to give yourself some much needed R & R with us on Fridays after work, school or just a long week at 6pm.

*Yoga 101 courses on Thursdays

*Sara is booking private individual and group massage, yoga, essential oils classes and meditation classes on Sundays.

JOIN THE CHILL ZONE
A donation based group meditation with Aromatherapy, Tibetan Sound Bowl and a touch a Yin Yoga.  Rest.  Restore. Resolve to give yourself some much needed R & R with us on Fridays after work, school or just a long week at 6pm.
